Good morning,

I am gone with the grade nine to Dallas Valley.  Mr.  Brouet will be taking over for me today.

Today you will have a bit of a mini test.  This is not going to count towards your grade.  What I want you to do is go to this site.  What you will see is a typing test. Here is how you get started.  This will take 15-20 minutes.

• Click here to go to the site
• Click start typing test.
• Make sure your duration is at one minute.
• Your text selection should be the Zebra- Africa’s Striped horse.
• Your Speed unit should be WPM
• Click Begin, Type everything you see on the screen, word for word, space for space, character for character.
• At the end of the test you will see that you will have a rating of WPM (words per minute) and you accuracy.  Shoot for at least 15 WPM and 65% accuracy.
• Click print results, write your name on the page and hand it in to Mr. Brouet.
• Once you have done the first one, redo it and try to beat your score from the previous test.

Continue to work on your video.  Remember that I want a title before each shot and a transition between each title and clip.

Title -Transition- Clip -Transition- Title-Transition-Clip……and so on.
